Two teenagers face weapon charges

ALBANY, N.Y. -- Two Albany teens face weapons charges after police said they found a handgun in an apartment.

Police went to 299 Quail Street just after 7:00 pm on Thursday in response to a call for a person with a gun. Police said they found Marc Dudley, 17, and a 14-year-old boy in the apartment, along with a handgun.

Dudley was charged with criminal possession of a weapon and menacing. He was arraigned on Friday morning. The 14-year-old was also charged with criminal possession of a weapon and is scheduled to appear in family court at a later time.
