Time Warner Cable has announced that customers in the hardest hit areas - where the vast majority of customers experienced an extended outage - will automatically get a credit on their next bill.
For Hudson Valley Time Warner Cable customers living in areas where service disruptions were less widespread, credits will be offered on an individual basis.
