Man arrested for using stolen credit card

ULSTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- A local restaurant employee has been arrested after police say he stole a diner's credit card.

Police say they received a complaint from a Kingston resident who said his credit card had been stolen. A police investigation revealed that Eric Hughes, 28, of Kingston, found the card and failed to return it to the owner. Police say Hughes used the card to make several purchases for himself.

Hughes has been charged with felony grand larceny.
