POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. -- Cardinal Timothy Dolan visited St. Mary's Church in Poughkeepsie. It was part of the parish's celebration of Our Lady of Guadalupe.

Our Lady of Guadalupe, also known as the Virgin of Guadalupe, is a celebrated Roman Catholic icon of the Virgin Mary.

"And now, the Pope John Paul II said she doesn't just belong to the Mexicans, she belongs to all of America. She's the empress of the Americas," Dolan said.

Dolan says he's proud of the work Father George Sears does at the Parish.
